🛡️ سياسة الاسترجاع – مملكة الشيخ للعطور

نحن في مملكة الشيخ نحرص على رضا عملائنا، ولكن نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات (العطور)، لا نقبل الاسترجاع إلا في حالة وجود تلف أو عيب في المنتج.

الشروط:

  • يتم قبول طلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الشراء فقط.

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي والملصقات، وإبراز فاتورة الشراء.

  • يتم الاسترجاع فقط من خلال زيارة الفرع، ولا نقبل الإرجاع عن طريق الشحن أو شركات التوصيل.

  • لا نقبل استرجاع المنتجات المخفضة أو بطاقات الهدايا أو المنتجات المفتوحة.

سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة الطلب، وفي حال الموافقة، سيتم إبلاغك بإمكانية الحضور للفرع لإتمام عملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

المنتجات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة:

يرجى فحص المنتج فور استلامه، وإذا كان هناك تلف أو تم تسليم منتج خاطئ، نرجو التواصل معنا مباشرة خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام لحل المشكلة بأسرع وقت.

🛡️ Refund Policy – Mamlaket El Sheikh Perfumes

At Mamlaket El Sheikh, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), returns are only accepted in case of damage or defect.

Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days from the purchase date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

  • Returns can only be made in person at our store. We do not accept shipped returns.

  • We do not accept returns on opened items, sale items, or gift cards.

Our team will review your request. If approved, you will be invited to visit the store to proceed with the return or exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items:

Please inspect your item upon receipt. If the item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
