🚚 سياسة الشحن

نحن في مملكة الشيخ نلتزم بشحن الطلبات بسرعة وكفاءة داخل الإمارات وخارجها.

📦 الشحن داخل الإمارات:

  • مدة التجهيز: من 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل.

  • مدة التوصيل: من 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل بعد تجهيز الطلب.

  • أيام التوصيل: من الأحد إلى الخميس (لا تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطل الرسمية).

🌍 الشحن الدولي:

  • مدة التجهيز: من 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل.

  • مدة التوصيل: من 5 إلى 12 يوم عمل حسب الدولة وشركة الشحن.

  • رسوم الشحن: يتم احتسابها تلقائيًا عند إنهاء الطلب بناءً على الوجهة.

معلومات إضافية:

  • سيتم إرسال رقم تتبع بمجرد شحن الطلب.

  • قد تحدث تأخيرات خارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل الظروف الجوية أو تأخيرات الشحن).

  • في حال حدوث أي تأخير، سنقوم بإبلاغك فورًا.

  • Delivery days: Sunday to Thursday (excluding weekends and official holidays).

🌍 International Shipping:

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Delivery time: 5 to 12 business days depending on the country and shipping provider.

  • Shipping fees: Automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Delays may occur due to weather or courier-related issues.
